Scheduling

Appointments are most easily made online, however you may reach us via our salon phone during business hours.

****Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling your appointment may be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the session price. We extend a 15 minute late arrival grace period, after which you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged 100% of the session price. A no-show will be charged 100% of the session fee.

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, you may do so online through your booking confirmation email or email hello@riversalon.com. 

Evening appointments book up at least a month in advance, please plan accordingly.

Visiting river

river salon is located in a warehouse building divided into suites. For safety reasons, we are not able to buzz you in, however, you will receive a code in your confirmation email to enter the main and second floor door. Input the code into the keypad to the left of the front door, go up one flight of stairs where you can input the same code into the keypad, River Salon is Suite 218. In your confirmation email we’ll also attach a quick video on how to find us!

Payment

We accept all major credit cards or cash payment.

Need a haircut or color adjustment?

We are always open to adjusting your haircut or color. We kindly request that you reach out within two weeks of your appointment for any desired tweaks. Please note, while we are happy to make adjustments, we do not issue refunds. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.
